What You'll Do

As a Residential Painter, you will be responsible for:

• Sanding, masking, and taping surfaces to prepare for painting applications, ensuring a smooth and precise finish.
• Pressure washing exterior surfaces to create a clean, ready-to-paint surface.
• Applying paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or airless sprayers for efficient coverage.
• Loading and unloading supplies to keep projects on schedule and minimize delays.
• Sweeping and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean workspace and quality results.
• Safely working with ladders and following all ladder safety protocols on job sites to prevent accidents.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 5+ years of verifiable residential or commercial painting experience, with up to 10 years preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as traveling to multiple job sites is required.
• A clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.
• Proficiency with masking, brushing, rolling, and airless painting techniques to ensure quality finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
• Physical ability to handle manual labor, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders consistently.
