As a PVC Grinding Technician, you'll play a vital role in processing and recycling materials safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain workflow, uphold safety standards, and ensure high-quality output—making a real impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a PVC Grinding Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Lifting and maneuvering large plastic PVC pipes throughout the work area to support production.
• Using an air hose to remove dust and debris from rejected products, ensuring all stickers and gaskets are removed.
• Operating a forklift to transport and place bundled rejected materials onto the designated grinder platform racks.
• Removing straps from material bundles prior to processing.
• Wearing and utilizing all required personal protective equipment, including helmet with face shield and ear protection.
• Feeding rejected product into the grinder safely, positioning yourself to avoid potential ejected materials.
• Monitoring grinder operation and pausing when indicated by safety signals such as the red hopper light.
• Closing the dump valve and removing filled bags of pulverized material.
• Weighing completed bags accurately and recording weights.
• Properly storing processed material in designated areas following safety procedures.
