As a PVC Grinding Technician, you'll be a vital part of the production process, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and safely. Your role will help keep operations running smoothly while gaining valuable skills in manufacturing and safety protocols.

What You'll Do

As a PVC Grinding Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Lifting and maneuvering large PVC pipes safely across the work area.
• Using an air hose to clean dust and debris from rejected products, ensuring all stickers and gaskets are removed.
• Operating a forklift to transport bundled rejected materials onto grinder platform racks.
• Removing straps from material bundles prior to processing.
• Wearing all necessary personal protective equipment, including helmets with face shields and ear protection.
• Feeding rejected product into the grinder carefully, maintaining safety to prevent ejected materials from causing injury.
• Monitoring the grinder operation and pausing when indicated by safety signals.
• Closing the dump valve and removing filled bags of pulverized material.
• Weighing and recording the bag weights accurately.
• Storing processed material in designated areas following safety procedures.
