Job Title: Shipping Associate

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Hours:

• Training Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Regular Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Handle daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods.
• Pack cases and build pallets to meet specific order requirements.
• Verify shipments meet quality standards, including food safety protocols.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant environment.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior warehouse or shipping experience is required.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours on concrete floors.
• Ability to lift occasional loads up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
