Location: Eugene, OR Salary: $18.50 per hour Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads including machinery, equipment, and steel materials.
• Precisely control crane movements using controls, pedals, levers, and buttons to ensure accurate placement and safety.
• Climb burn tables to load and position materials effectively and efficiently.
• Use handheld grinders to grind and deburr steel parts, ensuring quality and readiness for subsequent processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting safely.
• Proficiency in reading tape measures for precise measurements.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or shop environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail, with a collaborative attitude.
