Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burning machines to cut various metal materials accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints, nesting layouts, and work orders to ensure precise execution.
• Set up and align materials on cutting tables, verifying measurements for accuracy.
• Input, verify, and monitor CNC programs during operations to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.
• Remove, clean, and stage components for subsequent production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all safety standards.
• Strictly follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC burn tables (plasma and oxy-fuel required).
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Skilled in using measurement tools and checking tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality assurance.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working comfortably in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills for programming input and verification.
• Reliable attendance with a solid work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
