As a Plywood Bander Stacker, you’ll be a vital part of the production line, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. What You’ll Do:

• Hand-band strips of plywood using heavy-duty, industrial-grade rubber bands on pre-cut and bundled panels.
• Stack bundles of plywood weighing approximately 18 pounds each, preparing them for shipment.
• Band and arrange products efficiently for outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of your work area to maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Switch seamlessly between banding and stacking duties, working independently or collaboratively with a partner to meet production deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

• Entry-level experience preferred; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to interpret measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
• Capacity to stand for full 10-hour shifts comfortably.
• Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and workplace collaboration.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site role is based in Springfield, OR, with Monday through Thursday shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a four-day workweek with extended hours to maximize efficiency and work-life balance.
