Job Title: Skilled Carpenter

Pay: $28.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (schedule may vary based on project needs) Start Date: ASAP

As an Experienced Carpenter, you'll take on a leadership role in residential and commercial construction, collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure the successful completion of each project with safety and precision.

What You’ll Do:

As a Skilled Carpenter, you will be responsible for:

• Performing advanced framing, structural layout, and installing siding with precision
• Executing finish carpentry and detailed trim work to the highest standards
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Setting doors and windows accurately and efficiently
• Supervising and mentoring less experienced crew members to maintain quality standards
• Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and building codes You will work closely with project managers and team members to meet deadlines while producing top-tier craftsmanship.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Expertise in framing, finish carpentry, and structural work
• Ability to independently read and execute plans from blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record over the past 3 years
• Willingness to travel within a 40-mile radius of Eugene
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail

Location & Schedule:

This on-site, full-time position serves Eugene and surrounding communities. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with overtime as needed. Hours may vary based on weather and project duration.
