Job Title: Urgently Hiring Certified Flagger

Pay: $18/hr Hours: Start time 7 am – until done Start Date: ASAP

As a Certified Flagger, you will work closely with construction crews and traffic control teams to ensure clear communication and the smooth operation of each project. Gain experience in safety procedures, traffic management, and outdoor work environments while making a tangible impact every day.

What You'll Do:

As a Certified Flagger, you will be responsible for:

• Using radios, paddles, and proper hand signals to safely direct traffic through and around active work zones.
• Communicating clearly with the construction crew and fellow flaggers to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
• Monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting control measures as needed to prevent accidents or delays.
• Following all state traffic control laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Remaining alert and attentive while working outdoors near moving vehicles in various weather conditions.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A valid and current Flagger Certification and high-visibility safety clothing.
• Experience or strong ability to work in outdoor, high-traffic environments while staying alert at all times.
• Excellent situational awareness and communication skills to ensure safe traffic management.
• A dependable, safety-focused attitude with a commitment to protecting workers and the public.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
• Personal flagging equipment, including a stop/slow paddle and two-way radios.
• Physical ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time and perform duties in all weather conditions.
