Job Title: Metal Fabrication Grinder

Pay: $18.50/hour Hours: 2:30PM - 10:30PM, Monday through Friday Start Date: ASAP

As a Metal Fabrication Grinder, you’ll play a crucial role in processing heavy steel parts to ensure quality and precision. You will work closely with team members to handle grinding and deburring tasks, perform welding when needed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Your efforts will help keep production on schedule and uphold the company's standards for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate handheld grinders to grind and deburr steel components, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Assist with welding tasks as required, supporting the manufacturing process (welding experience not necessary).
• Perform cleanup of work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to promote a secure workplace.

What You’ll Bring:

-Ability to lift heavy steel parts repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, with shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
