Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (overtime possible) Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll play a key part in supporting efficient warehouse operations by accurately selecting, preparing, and shipping customer orders. You will collaborate closely with our logistics team to ensure fast, reliable order fulfillment, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and company success.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for:

• Picking and organizing customer orders from refrigerated and warehouse storage areas using handheld devices and manual methods.
• Loading and unloading products into refrigerated trucks using carts and hand trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Building and palletizing orders securely for shipping to prevent damage during transit.
• Identifying and resolving order discrepancies or inventory issues promptly to maintain high service quality.
• Assisting with trailer loading and unloading to support smooth material movement within the warehouse.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort working in cold environments, dressed appropriately for winter conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.
