As a Mill Laborer, you’ll:

• Support the smooth operation of production lines by monitoring and resolving overlaps in boards to prevent jams and delays.
• Uncross boards efficiently to ensure continuous and safe workflow throughout the mill.
• Transfer wood materials accurately from baskets to designated areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Perform edger picking by identifying and removing broken or damaged wood, ensuring only quality materials proceed through the process.
• Assist with various mill functions to uphold safety, efficiency, and productivity, adapting to the needs of a fast-paced environment.
