Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, DOE Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 7:30PM Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing machinery essential to the processing of rubber parts. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure the facility remains safe, efficient, and productive.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing maintenance duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager

• Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and machinery

• Conducting preventative maintenance tasks according to the PM schedule

• Performing tool changes as directed by the Site Manager

• Cleaning and maintaining molds and nameplates to ensure quality standards

• Managing and maintaining the facility’s stormwater program

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance role

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and follow established maintenance schedules

• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn PM software systems

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular schedule of Monday–Thursday, 9:00AM–7:30PM, following a training period of Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM.
