Fabricator Fitter – Urgently Hiring

Location: Lebanon, OR Pay: $26.00+ DOE Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP   About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator Fitter to join our client’s team in Lebanon, OR! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity working in a well-equipped fabrication shop manufacturing custom parts and machinery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Fabricate, weld, lay out, and assemble parts and machinery from engineered drawings or verbal instructions.

• Operate fabrication equipment, including carbon arc welder, shear, press brake, rolls, ironworker, and saw.

• Use forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling and assembly.

• Perform maintenance on shop equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

• Work occasional overtime and Saturdays to meet project deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fabricator/Fitter.

• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

• Understanding of plumb, level, and square concepts.

• Solid math and geometry skills, including calculator use.

• Experience with rigging and overhead crane operations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

• Must have a personal toolbox with standard fabricator tools.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in quality work.
