Job Title: Utility Ground Crew  Laborer

Pay: $21-$22/hr  Hours: Mon-Fri start times and end times vary - typical start time 5a - 6a  (temp 3 months or slightly longer) Start Date: 10/13/25 Utility Ground Crew Laborer needed for one of Eugene's largest Fiber Internet providers. As a Utility Ground Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Going into customers' homes and working on their property
• Digging ditches 
• Pulling reel 
• Shoveling gravel
• Raising lightweight measuring sticks and reading measurements to employees.
•  Writing down measurements the employee gives to temp.
• Driving a company vehicle to drop off or pick up an employee in certain locations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience working with underground equipment a HUGE PLUS!
• High Energy  
• Team player
• Maneuver – 50+lbs
• Reliable
• Bending, Pushing, Pulling, Standing, Kneeling
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license required for on the job driving - Must have a reliable vehicle, driving on the job required.
• VERY physically demanding job
