Pay: $20 - $22
Hours:
-- Mon to Fri 3 pm to 130 am (1 position available)
-- Sun to Thurs 11 pm to 730 am (1 position available)

We are seeking Loader Operators for temp to hire positions with our client, a manufacturing facility located in Shelton, Wa. The ideal Loader Operator candidate will have 1-2 years of prior loader operation experience. This is a temp to hire position located in Shelton, Wa.
As a Front End Loader Operator you will be responsible for:
- Mixing material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days to ensure proper blend and moisture content.
- Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species
- Inspect quality of raw material to standard and notify plant leadership of any defects
- Loading infeed bin per production schedule requirements
- Conducting loader inspections and perform loader maintenance
- Communicating with co-workers regarding status of work flow
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School diploma or GED required
- One to two years loader operation experience in an industrial setting highly preferred
- Good eye, hand and foot coordination
- The ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to climb up and down stairs to get in and out of loader with no fear of confined spaces or heights
- Ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance
