Job Title: Day Shift Production Operator

Pay: 19.00 - 19.50

Hours: 8am to 430pm Mon to Fri

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator for a temp-to-hire position. In this role, you will safely and efficiently learn both wet and dry end operations. You’ll be responsible for converting raw materials into pulp slurry, monitoring quality, maintaining equipment, and following all safety procedures.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Learning to operate machinery to convert raw materials into pulp slurry.
• Assisting Wet End Operators in ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Document processes, perform tests, and make adjustments as needed.
• Unloading and storing raw materials using a FORKLIFT.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of recent experience as a FORKLIFT operator
• Consistent and Reliable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability and desire to work well with others in a team environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Previous leadership experience preferred
