Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

What You'll Do:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices and following up with clients, vendors, and partners as needed to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee incentive computations to ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Maintaining precise financial records using accounting software to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail to support office operations.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks and other administrative duties to keep the office running smoothly.
- Following up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement and payments.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Desire to move into the Accounting Manager role
- At least 3+ years of general accounting and office support experience.
- Knowledge of journal entries, financial statements, and accounting workflows.
- A good understanding of what occurs after Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) are posted.
- Experience with A/P and A/R processing and reconciliation.
- HR or clerical support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
