Job Title: Wood Production and Mill Worker

Pay: $17.00/hr Hours: Monday - Thursday from 6am - 4:30pm (limit to just the weekday and hours) Start Date: ASAP

As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you'll be an essential part of the manufacturing process, working in both the Production and Mill Departments. You'll gain hands-on experience building quality wood furniture and managing raw materials efficiently, all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As a Wood Production and Mill Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Building wood furniture from start to finish in the Production Department
• Loading and offloading wood from saws, measuring and marking defects
• Sorting wood on pallets by size and color grading
• Sanding surfaces and spraying finishes
• Cross-training in all production areas to support team versatility
• Loading trucks for delivery
• Operating roller machines in the Mill Department, guiding 10x1 ft boards along rollers and placing them in designated areas
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including machinery and floor cleanup

What You'll Bring

• Woodworking or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 40 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Able to perform repetitive work with endurance

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position in Albany, OR offers a Monday through Thursday shift from 6am to 4:30pm, with optional overtime available.
