What You’ll Do

As a General Metal Shop Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling and cleaning aluminum parts using hand tools such as drills and grinders
• Prepping raw materials by removing protective plastic from pieces
• Packaging finished products for shipment or distribution
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Supporting team members with various shop tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience with production processes or general labor work is a plus, but training is provided
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, sanders, and saws
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company, with an interest in fabrication, welding, or machine operation a big plus

Location & Schedule:
