Pay: $25.77 per hour Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00AM – 3:30PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Hand Packaging Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting production by preparing, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met. You'll work closely with team members to maintain efficient operations, handle packaging materials, operate basic equipment, and prioritize safety daily.

What You’ll Do

As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Manually preparing and packaging products following quality specifications and standards.
• Conducting quality control checks, including verifying package counts, dates, weights, and appearance.
• Folding, taping, labeling boxes, and preparing items for shipment while ensuring cleanliness and accuracy.
• Stacking finished products onto pallets and organizing items for distribution.
• Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.
• Moving pallets throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace at all times.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production settings preferred.
• Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Physical strength and ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.
• Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety compliance.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions and adapt to production demands.
