You'll act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, shaping positive experiences from initial contact to onboarding.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for a large volume of open positions.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Crafting and posting engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Conducting reference and background checks to verify candidate credentials.
• Representing the company at local job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
• Providing a premium candidate experience and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.

Location & Schedule:
