Job Title: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of employee relations and administrative compliance. You’ll thrive in a high-volume environment, providing expert guidance and ensuring our team remains supported, productive, and engaged.
What You’ll Do:As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day HR operations for a high volume of employees.
Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
Overseeing employee relations and providing conflict resolution support.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws and internal company standards.
Assisting with performance management and documentation processes.
Supporting the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Maintaining accurate digital and physical personnel records.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay, benefits, labor laws, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain organized and efficient under pressure.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
