Job Title: Powder Coater

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed) Start Date: ASAP

As a Powder Coater, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that matter and help keep our manufacturing process running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for:

• Racking and unracking metal products to prepare for powder coating.
• Loading metal parts onto conveyors efficiently within the powder coating department.
• Inspecting parts for quality issues, including corrosion, rust, or other defects.
• Completing daily production records to maintain accurate documentation.
• Packaging finished materials for shipment, ensuring readiness for delivery.
• Providing quality control and assurance documentation to uphold standards.
• Conducting count verifications to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Powdercoating steel parts 

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• A detail-oriented approach with excellent observational skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude to contribute to team success.
• Basic math skills to assist with production counts and inventory tracking.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Eugene, OR, with hours Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime available as needed.
