Job Title:  Unloader -  Urgently Hiring

Pay: $16/hr Hours: 7:55am - 12pm (or until container is unloaded - you will be paid for at least 4 hours even if it doesn’t take that long) Start Date: Tues and Wed  11/25 and 11/26  

Manufacturing company in Salem that creates and ships custom display cases for use in grocery stores, convenience stores, and commercial retail displays needs assistance unloading a shipping container.

 

What you will do: As an Unloader, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in pairs to unload the container. When inside the container TEAM LIFT will be used at all times.
  • Following instructions as you are unloading the boxes in regard to where to place them.
  • Maneuvering products that might be awkward and large.
  • Working at a fast pace.
  • Putting away and palletizing product as directed.

What you'll bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

  • Ability to work quickly while listening to instruction
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs-TEAM LIFTING required
  • Ability to walk, carry, bend and lift overhead
