Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, Hours TBD - Temporary Position - No Confirmed End Date

Looking for an active, hands-on role where every day keeps you moving? Join a hardworking Logistics team as a Temporary Shipping & Receiving Associate in Grants Pass! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you’ll support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that keep products moving out the door accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with the Logistics department and other teams to ensure shipments are packed correctly, labeled properly, and documented with precision.
What You'll Do:
As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying goods received from manufacturing against sales orders
- Performing visual quality inspections
- Packing goods into boxes, crates, and cartons following product-specific guidelines
- Ensuring all special packing, labeling, or handling instructions are followed
- Completing and verifying shipping paperwork (including international documentation)
- Recording shipping information such as weights, dimensions, and contents
- Arranging pickups and routing shipping paperwork to accounting for billing
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing data entry
- Assisting Receiving with delivering stock to appropriate bins, locations, or departments
- Using small hand tools, computers, dollies, pushcarts, and other warehouse tools
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs frequently
- Experience using pallet jacks and forklifts (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and master shipping procedures
- Positive attitude and reliability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 65 lbs independently
