Job Title: Utility Production Laborer – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $18/hr – $19/hr Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during busier periods) Start Date: September 9th, 2025 Duration: Seasonal – Until the end of fall or until demand drops

We are seeking a Utility Production Laborer to join a well-established, family-owned agribusiness with deep roots in soil health, sustainability, and field-based solutions. This is a temporary hire based in the Pacific Northwest, supporting operations essential to agricultural production and resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport materials

• Use a front-end loader (or scooper) to fill fertilizer bins

• Assist with diverse warehouse and production duties

• Provide general maintenance support around the plant

• Help maintain operational efficiency and safety

Requirements:

• Forklift experience (required)

• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar equipment (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced production environment

• Flexibility to adjust to schedule changes, including occasional Saturdays

• Physically capable of performing general labor and maintenance tasks
