Job Title:

 Inside Sales Representative  Pay: $22 - 26/hour DOE Hours: Monday - Saturday,  9:00AM - 5:30PM (Sunday and one other day off) Start Date: ASAP  

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a Temp-Hire position who is friendly, charismatic, a self-starter, who can help customers with the selection of our hearth products.  You will need to develop product knowledge to be able to transform a complicated system into easier choices for the customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcome customers, in the store, on the phone, and on the internet.
• Following Midgleys sales process
• Use the design center to configure products
• Use the point-of-sale program
• Schedule job site visits
• Create and follow up on leads
• Warm call existing customers

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Word, Excel, various applications
• Retail sales experience
• Good communicator
• Quick learner
• Friendly and personable
