Job Title: Night Shift Production Worker – Urgently Hiring!

Pay: $20.00/hour ($17.00 base + $3.00 shift differential) Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM (Sunday Night through Friday Morning), with occasional overtime Start Date: ASAP Duration: Expected to last through January, with potential for temp-to-hire for the right candidate

We are seeking a Production Worker for a seasonal position with our client, a reputable and sustainable food production facility located in Corvallis, OR. The Production Worker will play an essential role in packaging and quality control within a warm warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic company and further your career in production.

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Confirming that the products being produced match the production schedule

• Continuously monitoring product quality

• Safely and efficiently retrieving products from a production line

• Manually transferring products to the appropriate post-processing operation as necessary

• Setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting post-processing equipment

• Reporting out-of-specification products or malfunctioning equipment to appropriate personnel

• Packing finished product into the appropriate configuration as scheduled

• Stacking pallets up to 104 inches (8.8 feet) high using a step platform

• Accurately accounting for products produced

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior production experience preferred

• Previously worked on a graveyard shift

• Good attendance in previous positions

• Works well in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a warm warehouse environment

• Able to lift, stack, and move products consistently during the shift
