Lead Assembly Technician - Hiring Now! Pay: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr, DOE

Duties and Responsibilities for Lead Assembly Technician:

• Lead team of assemblers and final finish technicians throughout assembly process
• Assemble and stage parts using sawhorses, jigs,power tools and drills, overhead crane & forklifts
• Install wiring, tail lights & hydraulics
• Attach chains, reflectors & stickers
• Cut boards for flat trailers using circular & table saws
• Measure & pre-drill holes using pneumatic drills, screw guns & nail guns
• Some Heavy Lifting may be required
• General Clean-up as needed

Skills and Qualifications for Lead Assembly Technician:

• Must have prior production supervisory experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed throughout the day and up to 75lbs with a Team-Lift
• Must be able to read & use a tape measure
• A high level of Attention to Detail is a must!
• Must display a 'Sense of Urgency' - this is a fast-paced production facility!
