Job Title: Production Worker Hiring Now

Pay: $21.00 Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 3:00PM Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Production Worker for a Temp-Hire position for our client, a local rubber mill located in Eugene, OR. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the production of rubber compounds used in a variety of industries. This position involves working with machinery, materials, and ensuring the product meets quality standards. As a Production Worker you will be responsible for:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and slide 100+ lbs 
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
