Insulation Installer Helper Hiring Now! Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM Start Date: 4/14/25 - 4/18/25 We are seeking a Insulation Installer Helper for a Temporary with our client a local contractor who provides quality services for updating and weatherizing homes located in Springfield, Oregon! The Insulation Installer Helper will play an essential role in helping the installers with their duties. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a local  company and further your career in this industry, located in Springfield, Oregon.

As a Insulation Installer Helper, you will be responsible for:

• Prepping work which includes sealing/extending bathroom and kitchen fans, adding roof vents for ventilation, installing dam or baffle using insulation batts or cardboard
• Removing existing insulation
• Removing exterior shake siding or drill through flat/lap siding or interior sheetrock
• Drilling between studs, fill cavities with insulation, install hole plug and spackle

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to read & use a tape measure
• Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift 
• A safety mindset and able to take and follow directions 
• Ability to work well with and communicate effectively with a teammate, throughout the duration of your shift
• Ability to lift 45lbs continuously throughout the shift 
• Ability to wear face mask and crawl in tight spaces
