Pay: $15.00/hour Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM - 4:30PM Start Date:  ASAP We are seeking a Wood Production Worker for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a reputable manufacturer that supplies high-quality acoustic wood panels and other custom wood products located in Springfield, Oregon. The Wood Production Worker will play an essential role in the hands on processing wood products.  The ideal candidate will maintain an organized and safe environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of wood panels and boards. As a Wood Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Processing wood panels by hand
• Hand sanding
• Assembling by installing hardware using power tools and hand tools
• Off loading material by hand
• Racking, unracking stained wood panels
• Wood Production Worker will be moving racks through facility on rollers to other work stations by hand
• Stacking wood on pallets
• Packaging, paper wrapping finished wood panels

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Must be able to stand entire shift
• Must be able to bend, twist, stoop and kneel
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. consistently
