Job Title: Painting Crew Lead Urgently Hiring!

We are seeking a Painting Crew Lead for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a fast growing family owned painting company in Albany, Oregon. The Painting Crew Lead will play an essential role in leading and organizing projects. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, and take pride in the quality of their work, and be a natural leader. As a Painting Crew Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Supervise and work with a crew of 1-3 other painters to complete interior/exterior residential and commercial projects
• Preparing surfaces (cleaning, masking, sanding, patching) before painting
• Coordinate with clients and supervisors to organize projects
• Applying paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Communicating professionally with clients and other crew members 
• Train and mentor crew members as needed

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 3-5 years of residential and commercial painting (brush, roll and spray)
• Previous experience in a leadership capacity
• Highest standard of quality in their work 
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working on ladders and heights
• Valid drivers license to drive company vehicles to job sites
