Job Title: Lumber Grader Urgently Hiring

Pay: $19.00+ DOE Hours: Monday - Thursday from 5:30am - 3pm and Friday from 5:30am - 10am with possible overtime Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Lumber Grader for a full time position for our client located in Sweet Home, OR. The Lumber Grader will you'll inspect and grade lumber to meet our high-quality standards while managing heavy materials. This is a temp to hire position located in Sweet Home, OR. As a Lumber Grader, you will be responsible for: Inspect and grade lumber based on established quality standards. Identify and mark defects, ensuring only high-quality lumber is processed. Operate grading machines and equipment efficiently and safely. Load and unload lumber, handling heavy materials with care. The ideal candidate for this role will have:  1 year previous experience as a lumber grader or in a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in lumber. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a mill or similar setting.
