Job Title: Fitter Fabricator Urgently Hiring

Pay: $19.00 DOE Hours: Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm Some Saturdays included Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Fitter Fabricator for a full time position for our client located in Philomath, OR. The Fitter Fabricator will assist in the creation and manufacturing of custom industrial machinery and control systems for a variety of manufacturers. This is a Temp to Hire located in Philomath, OR. As a Fitter Fabricator, you will be responsible for: Fit and assemble steel components to specifications using blueprints. Perform precise fitting tasks, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity. Use .045 dual shield wire welding in all positions as needed. Lift and maneuver materials up to 60 lbs. Supply your own tools, including a tape measure, square, scribe, and basic hand tools. The ideal candidate for this role will have:  1+ years of experience in a high-volume production environment (2-4 years preferred). Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Strong fitting skills with the ability to weld when required. Must provide your own tools, including welding hood, tape measure, square, scribe, and hand tools. Benefits:
