Pay: $20.00/hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Production Plating Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our daily metal finishing operations. Collaborating closely with the plating team, you'll help ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Plating Production Associate, you will be responsible for

• Processing parts by dipping them into chemical solutions for anodizing coating

• Ensuring the quality and safety standards for anodizing, chromating, and passivation are followed accurately • Stripping aluminum racks in preparation for the next production run • Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in line with legal and company policies • Communicating effectively with the Plater III about work progress, issues, and concerns • Promptly alerting the Plater III about any unusual odors or chemical concerns • Maintaining punctual attendance and working collaboratively within a team setting • Following supervisor instructions and taking on additional duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• No prior experience required — paid training provided

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality • Willingness to learn and follow directions • Ability to perform basic math calculations • Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds • Capacity to stand for long periods and use hands effectively for handling and reaching tasks

Location & Schedule

This on-site position in Wood Village, OR, offers a swing shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
