Job Title: General Laborer

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM - OT  Start Date: 08/10/2024

As a General Laborer, you'll support daily operations by assisting with various facility and site tasks. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely, making a real difference during a busy, short-term project.

What You’ll Do

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• • Facility Maintenance: Shoveling sawdust, sweeping, and wiping down machinery and equipment.
• • Material Handling: Moving materials, packages, and supplies around the facility safely.
• • Site Support: Assisting with general clean-up and warehouse organization to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• • Physical Tasks: Performing repetitive lifting, bending, and manual labor as required.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• • Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials throughout the shift and lift 50 lbs consistently.
• • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety guidelines.
• • Comfortable working in a dust-heavy manufacturing environment (protective gear provided as needed).
• • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or general labor settings is a plus, but not required.
