Job Title: Lumber Yard Laborer

Pay: $18.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be flexible; hours may range from part-time to full-time) Position Type: Temporary / Seasonal Start Date: ASAP

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the lumber industry while learning about different lumber products, yard operations, and customer service. What You'll Do

As a Lumber Yard Laborer, you'll assist with daily yard operations by:

• Sorting and stacking lumber by size and type

• Assisting with inventory organization and counts

• Keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe

• Banding lumber for storage and shipment

• Operating a cash register and assisting customers

• Learning to operate a forklift (no experience required—we'll train you!)

• Assisting with local deliveries as needed

• Supporting the team with additional yard duties throughout the day

What You'll Bring

• Ability to frequently lift and maneuver 75+ lbs

• Reliability and excellent attendance

• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (no more than three minor moving violations within the past three years)

• Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation

Location & Schedule

This is an on-site position in Roseburg, Oregon, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Candidates should be flexible, as weekly hours may vary from part-time to full-time based on business needs.
