Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.25 - $22 per hour Hours: 7am or 8am start times; 8-10 hour shifts (Monday through Friday) Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring smooth movement of materials and finished goods. You’ll work closely with your team to contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment. This role requires standing for extended periods and involves teamwork both within the warehouse and with external partners. Precise counting and record-keeping are essential to our success.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving products, ensuring accurate checks, counts, and quality inspections. Confirm products are free of damage, infestation, and at proper temperature, with correct documentation.
• Verifying descriptions, UPCs, quality, quantity, labeling, etc., aligning with the Bill of Lading and Purchase Orders. Properly documenting any discrepancies.
• Picking orders for internal and external customers efficiently and accurately.
• Slotting materials within designated storage locations.
• Supplying other departments with materials as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Forklift experience with both sit-down and stand-up models (at least sit-down; stand-up is a plus).
• Comfort working with computer devices, RF scan guns, tablets, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to work in freezer conditions for extended periods, with appropriate clothing and gloves provided.
• Capacity to work in environments with temperatures ranging from -12°F in the freezer to ambient warehouse conditions.
• Good mathematical skills to support inventory accuracy.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site at our facility in Silverton, Oregon. Shifts are scheduled for Monday through Friday, with 8-10 hour shifts. Overtime and weekend work are mandatory based on production needs.
