What You’ll Do

As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Dismantling boxes and components using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and wire cutters.
• Keeping screws, hardware, and parts organized to streamline workflow.
• Handling lifting tasks, regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs safely.
• Assisting with mechanical disassembly and component handling to support installation and maintenance activities.
• Supporting production and assembly processes as needed to meet project deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience using hand tools and basic power tools relevant to mechanical assembly or disassembly.
• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Previous experience in vehicle mechanics, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Welding or fabrication skills are advantageous but not required.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures.
