Job Title: Production Associate – Swing | Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a Production Associate for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a local manufacturing company. This is a great chance to join a fast-paced production team and grow your career in a hands-on environment.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Manually preparing and packaging products

• Performing basic quality control checks, including package counts, dates, weights, and product appearance

• Folding and taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes onto pallets

• Stacking and moving pallets throughout the production area

• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, tapers, and shrink wrap machines

• Working in varying temperature environments

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment

• Basic math skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up in a fast-paced setting

• The ability to work in varying temperatures

• Steel-toed rubber boots (required)
