What You’ll Do:

As a General Laborer / Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the installation of insulation in walls, attics, and crawl spaces

• Supporting carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow

• Loading and unloading materials to support daily job site needs

• Preparing job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials as directed

• Using basic hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks

• Following all safety procedures, especially when working in tight or confined spaces

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 months of construction, general labor, or insulation experience (preferred)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work throughout the day

• Comfort working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying temperatures

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and follow directions
