As a Service Repair Admin, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the service and repair workflow by efficiently managing returned equipment, organizing inventory, and assisting with dispatching and shipping tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented, dependable individuals eager to learn in a structured, team-oriented setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, unbox, and process returned units using the Return Material Authorization (RMA) system, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Match paperwork with returned items and categorize them into designated storage bins for easy tracking.
- Organize handheld scanners (HHS) and fixed retail scanners (FRS) on carts, ensuring timely processing based on project deadlines.
- Communicate proactively with the RMA team via email to resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding returns.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking Tech Evaluations, Problem Shelf items, RFBs received, and other critical logistics data.
- Assist with cross-training in additional areas such as QRP fulfillment, closing procedures, technical evaluations, and service repair audits.
- Support daily operations related to repairs and logistics with flexibility and a team-driven approach.
- Maintain reliable attendance and communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort handling spreadsheets for inventory and tracking.
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team-oriented attitude with adaptability, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow structured procedures.

Location & Schedule
This on-site position is located in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays as needed.
