Job Title: Landscaper

Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on outdoor role with steady weekday hours? Join a local organization supporting community housing as a Landscaper, helping maintain clean, safe, and well-kept outdoor spaces for residents.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can stay productive with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for:

• Mowing lawns and maintaining grass areas

• Weeding and maintaining landscaped beds

• Raking and general grounds cleanup

• Pruning and trimming trees, bushes, and shrubs

• Removing and hauling debris from property grounds

• Operating power landscaping tools and equipment

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Following all safety procedures while performing outdoor work

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Valid Oregon Driver’s License required

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience using landscaping tools and equipment preferred

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Commitment to following all safety rules and guidelines
