Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, DOE Shifts Available: Day Shift and Swing Shift Start Date: ASAP

Join a leading industrial equipment manufacturer as a Warehouse Associate, supporting production operations by safely moving materials, staging components, and keeping the shop supplied and organized.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility, ensuring production teams have the materials they need to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials and large components

• Loading, unloading, and staging materials for production and shipping

• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders

• Organizing and storing materials in designated warehouse locations

• Delivering parts and materials to production departments as needed

• Preparing materials and components for shipping or internal transfers

• Performing inventory counts and assisting with inventory control processes

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Following all safety procedures when operating material handling equipment

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Forklift operation experience required

• Overhead crane experience required

• Experience moving and staging materials in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Ability to read work orders and material lists accurately

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
