We are looking for a CNC Programmer and Operator to assist in the creation and manufacturing of custom industrial machinery and control systems for a wide variety of manufacturers.

**Responsibilities:**

• Set up and programming of CNC mills and lathe (HASS) 

• Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding according to job specifications, including loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and programming parameters

• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools, troubleshooting as needed

• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience programming and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Programming experience

• Lathe experience a plus

 

 Job Details for the CNC Programmer and Operator

• Schedule: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays from 7:00am - 3:30pm 

• Temp to hire

• Wage: $20-$30 DOE
