Job Title: Property Maintenance Landscaper Pay: $20.00 per hour, DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, Day Shift Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a hands-on outdoor role with consistent daytime hours and independence in your workday? Join a large residential property management team as a Property Maintenance Landscaper, traveling between properties to maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces for residents.

As a Property Maintenance Landscaper, you’ll work independently throughout the day maintaining landscaping, grounds, and exterior property areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and can manage tasks across multiple properties.

What You’ll Do

As a Property Maintenance Landscaper, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling between residential properties to perform landscaping and grounds maintenance

• Mowing lawns, edging sidewalks, and trimming grass around buildings and walkways

• Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain a clean and professional appearance

• Planting flowers, plants, and seasonal landscaping as needed

• Removing weeds and maintaining flower beds and landscaped areas

• Cleaning and maintaining walkways, parking areas, and exterior property grounds

• Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Monitoring irrigation systems and reporting issues to management

• Assisting with seasonal cleanup including leaf removal and debris clearing

• Communicating with management regarding property conditions and landscaping needs

• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment at all times

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between properties

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Professional communication and dependable attendance
