Join a cabinet manufacturing company that specializes in mill work, custom crown molding, and custom cabinetry as a Drafter in Salem, OR, and make an impact every day. As a Drafter you'll play a key role in the overall success of the company. Cabinet and Mill Work Engineers specialize in commercial casework and mill work build-outs including but not limited to: Hospitals, Schools, Offices, and Medical Facilities. What You’ll Do: As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:

• Reading blueprints and specifications; creating drawings, sketches, or renderings; and accurately interpreting project-specific requirements in order to produce CAD drawings and determine material requirements for communication to the corresponding Project Manager.
• Sourcing materials, costs and communicating associated lead time with the sourced materials.
• Tracking time applied to each project function and maintaining digital and hard copy files in keeping with company policy. Engineers are expected to be on time and actively participate with the associated Project Manager to the overall successful conclusion of projects.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cabinet Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Microvellum: 1 year (Required)
