Pay: $17 + DOE
Hours: Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

We are seeking an Administrative Support Receptionist for an office position for our client, a local Heating and Cooling company located in Roseburg, Oregon. The Administrative Support Receptionist will provide support to the office staff and customers. The Administrative Support Receptionist is the face of the company and creates the customers first impression. This is a full-time and temp to hire position located in Roseburg, Oregon.
As an Administrative Support Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
Greeting customers and clients as they enter the building
Offer coffee and water, a place to sit and ensure clients comforts
Answer phones and assist with customer needs
Forward messages to recipients by phone and email
Data entry including some spreadsheets, order entry and emails
Must have the ability to be the first face and first impression and have confidence and ability to build rapport with customers
The Administrative Support Receptionist will also be able jump into and assist with special projects
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one-year related experience
Computer competency at an intermediate or proficient level in a variety of software programs to include Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication skills to include reading, writing, listening and speaking
